The building consists of 4000 meter square. The first floor are designed for parking area and loading dock. Toilet and elevator are planned to be established. The second floor are for storage, warehouse and toilet. The third floor are for advance science research. Environmental research and lecture theater room. The fourth floor are desgined for forestry research laboratory, and instrumentation laboratory. The fifth floor are intended to be used as agriculture and engineering laboratory. Stairs and elevator will be equipped as vertical transportation. The building is built with reinforced concrete rigid frame. Local material is used to support the building construction.
